Bid Reviews That Actually Improve Win Chances
Reviews shouldn’t be painful. They should make bids better.
Done properly, reviews deliver clear, constructive and actionable feedback that improves quality and increases win probability. This workshop focuses on using reviews at the right moments and in the right way to strengthen the response, not slow it down.
What This Workshop Is About
This is about reviews with purpose.
We focus on when core reviews should happen, what they should test and how to give feedback that genuinely improves the bid. The aim is simple: fewer opinion-led comments, clearer direction and stronger submissions as a result.
What We Cover
The workshop is built around the five core reviews that keep bids on track and out of trouble:

Win Strategy Review
Making sure you all know how you’re going to win this, aligning to what the customer really cares about, their priorities, hot buttons and the story you’re telling from start to finish.
Competitor Review
Working out whether the competition is likely to scupper your plans and, if so, what you’re going to do about it before it’s too late.
Content Plan Review
Sense-checking the structure, key messages and evidence before anyone starts writing, so you don’t end up rewriting the same content three times.
Final Review (Red)
Reviewing the response through the eyes of the evaluator, not yourselves. A full check of compliance, quality, strategy and score readiness before submission.
Lessons Learned
Post-submission reviews, both internal and external, to understand what landed, what didn’t and to gather invaluable intelligence through evaluator feedback, so you can do it better next time.
Delivery
This half-day workshop is delivered virtually.
