BluPug on Tour

The BluPug team has been back out in Dublin this week, allegedly to deliver training :-)

We looked at the power of early Capture activity, breaking down why what happens before the bid even lands can make or break the outcome. From stakeholder mapping and competitive positioning to shaping strategy long before pen hits paper, we explored how smart Capture sets the tone for success.

Then it was onto bid best practice turning insight into strategy, strategy into structure and structure into compelling content. Clear themes. Strong win strategies. Proper alignment. No fluff.

The days were long. The weather was extremely Irish. But the conversations were sharp, the engagement was brilliant and the sessions were absolutely worth every soggy step between venues.

And in case you’re wondering, a little birdie tells us that zero Guinness was consumed.
